When I first heard about EFT I was reluctant to shell out cash for a yet another personal development tool that only works for some people.

The universe works in mysterious ways and through the Boundless Living Challenge I’ve been able to learn the basics of EFT free of charge. So I tried EFT out for the first time yesterday.

EFT- stands for emotional freedom technique and it really does what it claims to.

I learned the series of taps, as I thought of a issue that I want to clear in my life. I can say that I felt a real shift. After the process, which is quite quick once you learn it, I felt better and positive. The things that were really bothering me, didn’t. The situation is the same, but the way I feel about it has changed.

Negative situations and experiences create a charge in our energy system- using EFT the negative charge is neutralized, allowing us to return to balanced way of being. Our emotional energy bodies can finally function as  they were meant to.
