Finally the little munchkins are back in school- giving work at home Moms like me some breathing space to get our work done.
I am glad to be able to be home when she get back from school. I get to provide the snacks and put on kid shows before dinner.
It’s great working from home because my stress level is lower than it would be if I had to rush back from a job. Instead I get to experience being present for my daughter. At age six she sometimes thinks I’m the meanest Mommy going. It’s my hope that when she is older she will realize that I was there for her.
