One of the most important observations that I have made about successful people is that they have excellent health.

A multi-millionaire recently revealed in a group interview on millionaire mindset that he felt that good health was in fact necessary to being successful. He noticed that the people who are active in creating the life that they desire are full of energy. Their eyes are bright, and they are physically active.

In fact, as I was reading “Think and Grow Rich” one of the 31 causes of failure listed is ill-health.

“No person may enjoy outstanding success without good health.”

I found it empowering to see that Napoleon Hill also includes wrong habits of thought as part of ill health, as well as lack of physical exercise.

I daily work on monitoring my thoughts to attract more abundance into my life. I also love the additional energy that working out provides.

It seems like common sense, but each aspect takes discpline to change. It is so easy to get distracted and allow procrastionation to enter the picture.

Procrastination is another leading cause of failure.

So stay strong in your body and your mind, as you prepare for the mainfestation of all you desire.

At a local yard sale last weekend I came across a paperback copy of the classic “Think and Grow Rich” for only 50 cents. I have a pdf version but it is nice to have an old fashioned book to hold.

Every Law of Attraction work reveals the importance of using affirmations to reprogram your sub-conscious mind for abundance. I love the clarity of the steps outlined in “Think and Grow Rich” for building self confidence and faith.

All the examples of successful people are inspiring.
